Restorative Yoga is an evidence-based practice that provides whole-body rejuvenation and restoration. It involves postures that are supported with props and held for extended periods of time. It is a gentle practice that empowers therapeutic awakening to the energetic systems of the mind and body yet evokes relaxation and release. It is accessible to everybody.
Join me for this 3-hour deep rest immersion where you will be guided into deep relaxation with various restorative yoga postures, meditation and sound. This is a beautiful way to reconnect with your inner world and feel deeply rested while restoring your nervous system.
I will gently guide you with instructions and props to ensure your body is fully supported. You will be in a safe and comfortable position for your body, allowing your mind to drop right into deep rest.
We will conclude the afternoon with tea & light refreshments.
All props are provided, however, you are welcome to bring your favourites if you prefer.
