Using yoga as lifestyle medicine we practice a gentle flowing sequence. All classes will include asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by a relaxing guided meditation. This is a gentle class that will incorporate the whole body and is suitable for everybody.

Restorative yoga is an evidence-based practice that provides whole-body rejuvenation and restoration. It involves postures that are supported with props and held for extended periods of time. It is a gentle practice that empowers therapeutic awakening to the energetic systems of the mind and body yet evokes relaxation and release.It is accessible for everybody.

Yoga NIdra or Yogic Sleep as it is also known is an ancient meditation practice. It draws our attention inwards, between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium. Lying in Savasana you will be guided to an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

Combining the best of both Yoga and Qi Gong, two ancient practices that have been used for centuries to promote health and well-being. Yoga Qi Gong has been shown to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. It has also been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
