Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years in varying degrees of practice. I have experienced many types of classes and different styles of teachers over these years with great appreciation and curiosity. I am now deepening my own practice by studying Yoga as Lifestyle Medicine with my long-time teacher Celia Roberts at BIYOME.
